Do we have to replace our existing eQMS?
No. Most customers start with the audit programme their current system handles worst — hosted inspections and supplier qualification — then expand once the record proves itself.
Is this only for supplier audits?
No. The engine models twelve audit types across three directions: audits you conduct, audits you host for regulators and customers, and internal self-inspection.
Can AI output be defended in an inspection?
Risk and compliance decisions are deterministic code you can recompute. AI drafts language, must cite its source, and every call is written to the audit trail.
Where does our data live?
A US or EU region, chosen at contract. File storage follows the database. Private cloud and fully airgapped on-premise deployments are available.
Can we run this without internet egress?
Yes. The airgapped deployment ships the same application as Docker images and a Helm chart, with your own model serving and no customer data leaving your network.
